For corrosive and abrasive media

The economic advantages of reduced maintenance, smooth operation and exceptional service life are proven over and over again. The reliability of Garlock butterfly valves is not only appreciated and well known at our customers but also certified with SIL up to level 3 according to EN 61508. Each valve is in line with ISO 15848-1 and TALuft 2021 standards and can vary in lining, disc and elastomer materials depending on your application. Available linings are virgine PTFE, abrasive PTFE, antistatic PTFE and UHMWPE. Garlock valves set the standard in high quality. To ensure this and guarantee a long reliable lifetime the Garlock quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and regulation 2014/68/EU Module H1 (PED). Each valve is extensively tested according to EN 12266 P10, 11 and 12 before leaving our factory.

Butterfly Valves
